- How do we process data of mixed geographical accuracy:
e.g., mixing regional/national data with village/district level?
- How do we avoid spurious "isomuse" data for regions containing low numbers of samples?
- How do we subtract one feature with respect to an entire population, when the population density varies?
- How do we avoid multiple tests problems in testing experimental hypotheses? It appears that looking at a map causes a viewer to, in effect, generate innumerable tests.
